License Agreement

Plain-English summary first: You can use what you bought on the number of sites your license allows. You can customize freely. You can't share the template files publicly or repackage them as a competing product. You have 14 days to refund, no questions asked. Your files keep working forever — the "update period" only refers to receiving new versions.

1. License grant

Upon purchase, Praxalo grants Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased template(s) according to the license tier purchased.

2. License tiers

2.1 Single-Site License

Buyer may:

  • Deploy the template on one production website
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the template's code
  • Use the template for personal or commercial purposes

Buyer may not:

  • Deploy the template on more than one production website
  • Resell or redistribute the template files
  • Sublicense the template to third parties

Includes 6 months of updates from purchase date.

2.2 Developer License

Buyer may:

  • Deploy the template on unlimited production websites
  • Build websites for clients using the template
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the template's code
  • Receive priority email support

Buyer may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the template files themselves (only deployed/customized websites)
  • Include the template in a competing product
  • Sublicense the template files to third parties

Includes 12 months of updates from purchase date.

3. Restrictions (all licenses)

Regardless of license tier, Buyer may not:

  • Redistribute the template files publicly. This includes posting to GitHub, code marketplaces, gist services, or any public distribution mechanism.
  • Include the template in a competing product.
  • Claim authorship. The template remains Praxalo's intellectual property.

4. Updates and support

The "update period" refers to receiving new versions of the template. After it ends, your existing files keep working indefinitely (perpetual license). You can extend updates for another year at 50% of the original license price.

5. Refund policy

Praxalo offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date. Email hello@praxalo.com with your receipt and we'll process within one business day.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

Praxalo's total liability is limited to the amount Buyer paid for the template.
